If you don't know already, image 1st at night turns into Pole FX. Yes it's true. AJ the studio manager is also the UK's Leading Male Pole Dancing Instructor, yup, teaches loads of celebs and simple folk like you and I how to keep fit around his pole! Imogen Thomas from Big Brother had a go after her Photo Shoot with the boys and we all know who looked better doing those spins. (No, not you AJ!)
